Insulin Is The Switch.

Fat loss isn’t just about how much you eat, it’s about whether your body is able to use what it has already stored. Insulin is the signal that controls that. When insulin stays elevated, your body is directed toward storage. When it comes down, your body can access stored energy. Over time, higher body fat can make your body less sensitive to insulin, which means more insulin is required, and that keeps you in storage mode longer. This is the loop that keeps many people stuck.
